Like the mother lion sensing danger for her cub, mothers and grandmother, aunties and sisters, are looking out over the world with increasing awareness.

They KNOW the world much change. It must change for the sake of their FAMILIES.
Have you felt THE Unease?
Have you wondered what difference you might make?
Do you wonder how to walk with less fear and powerlessness?
Do you feel a rising ANGER?
Action is Key!
But not just ANY action!
Actions that come from the ROOTS of FEMALE SISTERHOOD AND LEADERSHIP
Actions from a UNIFIED AGREEMENT about the values as CAUSE
Actions that will bring BENEFIT, assure SAFETY, expand CAPACITY FOR GOOD within
     your life and community.

Women's Grassroots Congress - 2020
The intention of the Women's Grassroots Congress for 2020 is to Take Back our Country beginning with a women's life and family.
There will be a series of 3 events in several locations across the U.S.A.

The first Congress event will:
  • Determine the values that the attendees declare are to be the foundation for their lives, families, and actions during the coming year
  • Each woman will have the opportunity to become part of an interest group that has importance to her
  • Sharing simple models for beginning to craft an interest project based on the declared values
  • A powerful process for committed safety and love will be shared as new actions are planned and taken

The second Congress event will:
  • Working with an area coordinator, each interest group will have met, discussed possible projects, had conversations beyond their group to determine needs
  • Each woman will have the opportunity to get a sense of their core strengths and use them for the project
  • Each group will check in to share what they have discovered and chosen to create.
  • Mini workshops teaching skills to help the projects move forward
  • Agreement to self awareness and accountability as old patterns of trauma and sabotage emerge.

The third Congress event will:
  • Each group will check in and give a progress report on their projects
  • The model of an Integrated Approach to Wellness will be presented for healing, transforming, and retaining focus on the emerging projects as the journey
  • Mini-workshops on a variety of healing tools, re-framing models, transforming genetic trauma
  • Re-commitment to holding Guardian space for individuals, projects, and beyond.
  • Discussion of "what is emerging" for the next expression of the "Congress" movement.
